The Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) is the German implementation of the so-called EU Whistleblower Directive.
How to submit a report:
The whistleblowing system provides you with a confidential channel through which you can report potential misconduct by employees or breaches of the Code of Conduct for Business Partners in our supply chain at any time (24/7), provided that such matters require review and, where appropriate, a response by our company.

This does not affect the statutory right to contact the competent authorities or external reporting bodies (§ 7 HinSchG).

You have the option of contacting the internal reporting office (Investigation Office) via the internet-based communication platform Parlabox in various languages. The system is confidential and technically protected (§ 8 HinSchG).

Processing of your report
Qualified and experienced employees of the internal reporting office (§ 19 HinSchG) carefully and systematically review all incoming reports for potential breaches of rules.

You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt no later than seven days after submission (§ 17 HinSchG). Your report will then be reviewed and assessed. If an initial suspicion of a potential breach is identified, an appropriate investigation unit will be tasked with further clarification of the facts.
After completion of the investigation, the investigation team evaluates the results and, where appropriate, initiates suitable follow-up measures. You will be informed of the processing status and the outcome of the review no later than three months after the acknowledgement of receipt.
Potential breaches of the Code of Conduct for Business Partners, in particular in connection with human rights and environmental violations by direct or indirect suppliers, can also be reported. The same applies to reports that require immediate action.
The identity of whistleblowers is treated confidentially. Whistleblowers are protected against disadvantages and retaliation in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.
The processing time may vary depending on the content and scope of the report.
